I have received a box of copies of the third book in the Destiny’s Path series: Merion of the Stones, which has just been published.
Just to recap for those who may not know, Destiny’s Path is the British title for the series published in America as Warrior Princess. So, Merion of the Stones is a reprint of The Emerald Flame.
If you would like to own a signed copy of this book, all you have to do is to write to me and give me the full names of the four Shining Ones - and you’ve already got one right here!
Don’t send your replies as comments to this blog - send them via my Contacts page. The first ten people who write in with the correct answer will get a copy of the book.
On the Faerie Path front, things have not changed since last I posted - I’m going to chase up information about the audio version soon, and I’ll let you know as soon as there are any developments.
I’m still working on my new spy-boy series, Codename Quicksilver, the first two books of which are due to be published in the UK in July this year.
Will yoi still be having a contest for the 4th book of the series?
AFJ. Yes I will - as soon as my copies arrive - which should be late March, early April.
Yay!!!
And if we sent you an email with the names, when will we know if we won? Or if we won?
AFJ. Tayler - I’ll write back and tell you within a couple of days.
I sent the answers a couples days late but i sent !!
I’m a couple weeks late, but I answered. Let us know who the winners are!
AFJ. No Problem, Cheyenne - the winners are informed straight away- but I will post their names on the site once the competition is closed.
hi there, I was just wondering if their was going to be another book in the ‘Faerie Path’ series, i have just finished charmed return and wish to know if their will be an end to my suspense, i wish to know what happens to king Oberon, and Tania, if she will ever be able to live her happily ever after with Edric her one true love? Please answer. the Suspense is killing me
AFJ. Iony - thanks for getting in touch. If you look to the right of this page, you’ll see an archives section. Click on JULY 2011 and open the blog called FAERIE PATH THE LATEST. That will give you the information you need.
If I won the Destiny’s Path competition, but have not received a book yet, should I be worried?
AFJ> Taylor - the book got bounced back in the mail - but I’m going to send it again, no problems.
I am so excited the next book will come out next month (!), but how can I read it if I live in America?
AFJ. I think you have two options. Either you see if you can buy it on import via online stores such as Amazon.com, or you try to win a signed copy when I run the competition.
Do you know around when the competition will be?
AFJ. I’ll set the competition up as soon as I get my supply of the book - hopefully in the next few weeks. Sorry I can’t be more specific right now.
Hi I live in the US but have kept up with the Warrior Princess series and love it! I know you mentioned the 4th would still be available to us online? May I ask when and where I could find it? I’d love to hear how the story ends!
AFJ. I know for certain that the Kindle edition of the book is available on Amazon.com, for people with Kindle players. It should be available in Canada - so maybe check some online bookstores to see if they’ll sell copies on import. I’ve been told that my copies of the book are on their way - and as soon as they arrive, I’m going to set up an online competition with signed copies as prizes - so you might want to try for that. I know a lot of people are going to be wanting copies, so I’m going to make the questions tricky - three questions, one each from the first three books.
I just got Merion of the Stones but couldn’t find Govannon of the Wood
Totally anticipating Caradoc of the North Wind! i’ve been checking this blog every single day to see when the competition comes out! :p
Have you tried looking for Govannon online? I’m expecting the new books any day now.
Oh yes, that’s an idea too thks Mr Jones.
I think the new stock for Govannon of the Wood will be coming in next week at my local bookstore, so i’ll be going again to check it out hopefully it will be there!
