I’d just like to wish all my readers and Internet friends a very Happy Holiday Season and a wonderful Yuletide Festival. I’d also like to thank you all for all your comments and emails over the past year - keeping in touch with you people has been a big thrill for me, and it has been so good to know how much you are enjoying my books.
As most of you will already know by now - the 6th (and probably final) book in The Faerie Path series The Charmed Return will be in the stores from the 25th of January 2011 - at last! It seems a very long time since I wrote this book and sent it off to the publishers, but now I’m finally going to find out what you readers think of it.
By the way, could I just say that if you do read it and want to comment on it here, please don’t include any plot-spoilers in your comments - if you want to talk to me about specific details, go to the Contact page and write to me from there.
Well, that’s about it from me for now. Our Christmas tree is up and decorated, the cat is asleep in front of the fire and I’m just about ready to take a few days off.
Thanks again for your posts and comments and emails.
Very best wishes for the New Year.
Allan Frewin Jones
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Can’t wait til The Charmed Return comes out
Happy Holidays, Mr. Allan! The “probably final” part makes me really sad, but I still can’t wait to read!
im really exsited to read the 6th book! i know its going to be a good one. i dont want the series to end but i think its a good stoping point mabey in the future you could write another story in the same world different plot???? im sure that would be interesting
Merry Christmas Mr. Jones!!
I hoped you have had a merry Christmas and I hope that you have a good new year. I hope that the snow is not causing you too much problems with the pipes. I have my copy of book six on order from the internet. I cannot wait to read it. I appreciate that no spoilers will be allowed to be put up. In Australia it does take ages for us to get the books here which is pretty annoying. Take care Brigitte.
AFJ. Thanks Brigitte - a happy new year to you, too. No, the snow is not causing any problems in London - in fact, it’s all thawed away, but it is still grey and damp and cold over here. Hope the new book arrives soon.
Our snow is gone here in south west Michigan. We usually have lots.. It’s about 50 degrees here today, overcast and raining, tomorrow it’s suppose to be in the mid 20s and starting on Sunday there is a chance of snow. I will be ordering my book in a few weeks
I can’t wait for it to come out I’m jumping up and down on the inside.
I ordered my copy online from Angus and Robertson and I got an email saying that my copy has been dispatched today now I just have to wait patiently.
