A few more pictures for you to look at.
The first one is of the Hampton Court maze.
These other two are of Camden Market, which you will remember from The Lost Queen.
This one shows the “Stable Block” - at the far end is the little cafe where Tania and Jade have a rest, and where Edric turns up unexpectedly.
The other one is the main street - the Magic Shop is on a corner, just behind the photographer.
Awesome! Thanks for posting the pictures
how did you get these pictures?? that maze looks like so much fun!
Wow. All of the buildings look really old! What year do they date back to??
wow! i think i would get lost in the maze! -.- wow i didnt picture the stable block like that. its actually better than i pictured it! i love all the colors on the main street! =)
AFJ. Liz - actually, I downloaded the Camden Market pictures from the Internet - I’ve been there so soften that I didn’t need photographs to remind me of how it looked. The Maze was also found online - I couldn’t get a good picture of it when I visited Hampton Court.
Rachael - the Stable Block was built in the early 19th Century (about 1815) as a hospital for the horses that used to pull the barges along the Regent Canal, back in the days when goods were moved about the country by water. I’m not sure how long the Market has been there, but it must be close to 100 years.
have you ever been in the maze mr.jones? the only maze ive ever been in is one in willamsburge at the governers palace
I have been in the maze, but a very long time ago. I also remember being in a different maze somewhere else- but it wasn’t great, because the bushes were only two foot high - sure, you had to walk the paths to get to the middle, but it’s not the same if you can see over the bushes!
The market place is exactly how imagined it! =O
wow i wish i could go to london =)
